Exit Checks

If the decision must be made to dissolve a business or sever a franchise relationship, it may be necessary to implement your exit strategy. During this time, allow our Evaluators to oversee the return of all assets before the lease is terminated, a key piece of equipment is disposed of, or a trademark is violated.

Exit Checks will confirm:

• Merchandise is secure
• All traces of trademark or branding tools are removed
• Signage is removed
• Phone and other utilities are turned off
• Equipment is returned
